Fat loss and muscle-building are the essential and principal goals in developing and maintaining a strong, healthy, athletic and esthetically pleasing body. A great majority of the population over age 30 is “underpowered”, meaning they have too large a body (fat) coupled with too small an engine (muscle). The only truly effective and scientifically verified exercise strategy, proven to decrease unsightly, unhealthy fat tissue and increasing strong, dense skeletal muscle tissue, is an organized and progressive system of strength training coupled with periodized (intervals) cardiovascular training. To optimize benefit, his two-pronged strategy must be executed with great intensity. Simply put: I make sure that your program is safe and will provide maximum effectiveness. The remainder of the programs potential is a matter of your personal commitment of time and intensity. It reality it is a matter of discipline and self-sacrifice.
